Returns & Refunds
WallShazam™ has a 14 day of Receipt Return Policy, that is if you should be unhappy with an item that you have purchased, you will receive a refund not including the shipping.  Every item should be returned in it’s original condition excluding the shipping.
Therefore, we recommend returns to be shipped via a Tracking Shipper and to be well packaged.

There are no returns, no refunds, or exchanges on Custom Orders and Digital Printed Orders.

No refunds for cut yardage and samples.

Order Cancellations:  No orders may be cancelled after 24 hours upon placing the order.

Sales Tax:  Since we are located at beautiful sunny California, Sales Tax only applies to our State, unless changes are made by the law.

To the Trade:  A 15% Interior Design and Architect Industry discount will be applied for orders that exceed $2000.00 in total.
You will need proof of your Federal Tax ID or Resale Number and show proof of membership in AIA or ASID.

Resale:  No individual has the right to duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any images for any commercial purposes from any portion of the WallShazam™ site.
